As the academic year closes, we are proud to look back and see all the wonderful achievements made by our students at Future Academy! Some of them attained impressive results, topping their class – while others showed improvements in leaps and bounds, earning them the ‘Most Improved Award’ in their class! Here are some of the highlights of the past few months:
Top students in class
A couple of our students have excelled and emerged amongst the top 3 in their class, which is a great encouragement to them and to us! While some of these students were already very strong in academics, attending classes such as our IP Math Tuition helped them be even more efficient and organised with their studies, turning their ‘Good’ results into ‘Excellent’ results. With these good results, we hope these students will not rest on their laurels, and instead, continue to work hard and achieve even more in the next year!
Amazing improvements
We have a few students recording very impressive improvements in their results, especially those from schools like RGS and RI. These are students who started tuition because they began to struggle once they entered secondary school. With the notoriously difficult IP math syllabus, their confidence dropped drastically and it felt like nothing they do could pull up their grades.
However, our tutors knew exactly how to help and have provided support – including academic advise and words of encouragement – guiding these students towards better results and a more confident attitude towards their weakest subject!
University acceptances
Our recent A Level graduates from the 2022 cohort have received their school offers to universities! Some of them would have already started uni by now, while some will be taking gap years or completing their national service before embarking on the next stage of their educational journey. We are so excited for those who have been offered places like in medical school, law school, or computer science in local universities and prestigious overseas universities!
Math Olympiad achievements
Similar to previous years, our students continue to shine at various Math Olympiad competitions in the region! As Math Olympiad is an enrichment activity for these students, we are so proud of these students for putting in the extra effort and dedication to train for these contests. Our Math Olympiad class coaches have always found it a joy to see students igniting their passion for math and challenging themselves to do even better with each new competition they enter!
