Data Deletion Instructions – FAChat and WhatsApp Business Integration
Future Academy provides FAChat, a business communications platform that may connect to Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform.
If you are a business that has connected your WhatsApp Business Account to FAChat, or an individual whose personal information has been processed through FAChat, you may request deletion of eligible personal data held by Future Academy.
How to request deletion
Please send your request to:

Please include:
- your name;
- your business name, if applicable;
- the WhatsApp phone number or business account involved;
- a brief description of the data you want deleted; and
- sufficient information for us to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
What happens next
We will review the request and may ask for additional information where necessary to verify identity, ownership or authority.
Where the request is valid and applicable, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data from systems under our control within a reasonable period, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data processed on behalf of another business
If FAChat processes your information solely on behalf of another business, that business may be the appropriate party to handle your request.
In such cases, we may direct you to the relevant business or assist that business in responding to the request.
Disconnecting a WhatsApp Business Account
A business may request disconnection of its WhatsApp Business Account from FAChat.
Disconnecting the integration stops future access by FAChat to that account, but it does not automatically delete information that must be retained for legal, security or operational reasons.
Meta and WhatsApp data
Future Academy can only delete data held in systems under its control.
Information independently retained by Meta or WhatsApp is governed by Meta and WhatsApp’s own policies and must be managed through their respective tools and procedures.
