Calling all JC students!
Achieve Your JC Physics Goals
With targeted support by top A Level Physics Tutors in Singapore
You thought you liked physics, and were even good at secondary school physics. But now, getting anything past a E in H2 Physics feels impossible. Or maybe you were forced to take A Level Physics because there was no other combination for you. And now you are seriously thinking about dropping it to H1 level.
Many JC students feel the same way – finding that A Level Physics is suddenly much more difficult and complicated. There are so many more formulae to learn, a lot more math, and more in-depth knowledge to learn.
If you are still using the same study methods as you did in secondary school, or thinking that the same amount of time and effort can earn you that A – you will find it very difficult. That’s why our H2 Physics Tutors are here to help! With the perfect balance of guidance in content understanding, answering skills, and good exam habits, we will help you navigate the hurdles in JC physics.
We’ve already helped countless students improve their grades and reach their goals since 2015 – will you be one of them?

Sometimes, it is not that that the concept is extremely difficult. It is the way that you were taught to understand it. Whether it’s visual demonstrations or relatable analogies, our Physics tutors have their own tried and tested ways to make complex topics easily understood.
What intimidates students is the overwhelming information and formulae that they need to learn. By breaking it down systematically into more manageable chunks, we help students grasp even the most tricky topics like waves, electromagnetism, and quantum physics.

Physics exam papers are a blend between content and application. Plenty of questions requires using formulae and calculations, much like a math paper. So, to do well in it requires more than just textbook knowledge – it also requires exam skills like speed, accuracy, and good presentation.
We spend a good portion of class time going through practice questions, demonstrating the thought process and highlighting important answering skills like question analysis, identifying keywords, presenting workings clearly, and avoiding careless mistakes. Our aim is that students will learn to tackle novel questions confidently and logically, even under time pressure.

Students don’t hate physics for no reason. They don’t like it because they can’t get good at it. They might have been criticised for it, or not offered a supportive way to address their concerns.
So, we want our students to enjoy learning physics. They may not love it, but we want classes to be engaging, supportive, and confidence-building. We encourage students to look towards their goals and celebrate them when they put in effort and make progress. And more often than not, this environment helps them change their mindset towards physics, making them more motivated and confident.
Get access to years’ worth of H2 Physics notes, worksheets, and mock papers – many of which come with our tutor’s recommended solutions and explanations. It’s much better than learning the wrong thing off random websites on Google or ChatGPT.
By identifying students’ weaknesses and needs, our tutors can also select the most appropriate level of worksheets for students at their current level of understanding. Thus, students will not be demoralised by attempting too-difficult questions too early on, yet have enough practise to improve and challenge themselves.
